to the specifications set forth by jobbangla.com. In this regard, the
Advertiser agrees that (i) jobbangla.com has the right to market, display,
perform, transmit and promote the Ad Displays, and (ii) users of jobbangla.com
website have the right to access and use the Ad Displays and any content and/or
services directly linked to the Ad Displays (the "Advertiser Web Content").
3. Advertiser understands that once this advertisement
agreement is executed, there shall be no refunds or pro-ration of rates or
payments if the Advertiser elects to discontinue display of Ad Displays prior
to expiration of the advertising term. Notwithstanding the foregoing,
jobbangla.com may terminate this agreement if the Advertiser fails to pay any
amount due hereunder and such nonpayment remains uncured for fourteen (14) days
following notice to Advertiser of nonpayment.
4. Orders are accepted subject to the terms and
provisions of the current advertising rates. Advertising rates set forth in the
rate card are subject to change; any rate changes will apply to any additional
advertising services requested by the Advertiser after such rate change.
5. The use of our services, website, materials, contents
and links herein is at your sole risk only and jobbangla.com shall not be
responsible for any loss or damage which results from the use or reliance or
such services, business dealings, advertisements, promotions, views or opinions
or any other materials, contents and information not otherwise stated. Any
materials or contents downloaded, copied or otherwise obtained through the use
of our services is done at your sole discretion and risk. You shall be
responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results
from the download or copied materials from our website including any damages
from computer viruses. Any changes are made periodically to the website,

AND HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING
jobbangla`s SERVICES OR ANY PORTION THEREOF, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF

print or electronic form. This Agreement shall be interpreted, construed and
enforced in all respects in accordance with laws of Bangladesh , without regard
to the actual state or country of incorporation or residence of Advertiser(s).
Advertiser(s) hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of Singapore with any action arising under this Agreement. Advertiser(s)
may not assign this Agreement, in whole or in part.
